VERY IMPORTANT: if you use GPS type in 'Tea Tree Hollow Holiday Rental House' or '84 Dairy Road, Brayton' in order to get to accurate directions. Typing in '82 Dairy Road' will take you to the wrong property.

DAIRY ROAD is the ONLY road off CANYONLEIGH ROAD to get to the property.

Do not turn into any unmarked roads no matter what your GPS says, your GPS is wrong.

Please follow our instructions below and NOT Google maps or Apple Maps as they will not be accurate for this rural property.

Please make sure you share these details with everyone if you are driving in separate cars.

From Sydney:

Take the Hume Highway (M31).

Follow the signs to Goulburn/Canberra.

Take the exit at Marulan. At the first intersection, cross over George Street and continue straight along Brayton Road for about 1 km. At the four-way intersection, turn right in order to stay on Brayton Road for approx. 8 kms. Then turn right onto Canyonleigh Road. Continue along this road for about 7.6 kms (most of this road is unsealed). Turn right onto Dairy Road for about 800 metres. Turn right into a lane with the property marker 82 and signage “Tea Tree Hollow” as well as the “Holiday Rental Specialists” signage.

Follow this lane for 300 metres until you reach a gate. Go through the gate (closing it behind you) and take a sharp left and travel up the lane for 200 metres. Turn right into the sweeping driveway, which will lead you to an area near the front door, where there is ample place for parking.

Note: If you are using a GPS, you may possibly be given an alternative route to Dairy Road, whereby you exit the Hume Highway at the Illawarra Hwy/A48 and enter the start of Canyonleigh Rd (from the opposite end of Marulan). Please note: This route has restricted usage, depending on weather conditions as you cross the Paddys River. (The river often floods over the road during heavy rain.)

You will pass through three gates, which you must open and close behind you due to the livestock. Whereas this is a scenic route to take during daylight hours, it is not advisable to take it when it is dark as there are no urban lights and the road is windy and can be slippery in parts.

Turn left onto Dairy Road and follow the instructions above.

From Canberra: Take the Federal Highway and then the Hume Highway to Goulburn. Continue on the Hume Highway, bypassing Goulburn. Take the Marulan exit. Continue along George Street (main Road in Marulan). At the end of George Street, turn left onto Brayton Road. At the four way intersection, turn right continuing onto Brayton Road and follow the instructions as above.
